ABOUT HELMI

Helmi Business College was founded in 1957. Since then we have sent professionals to Business & Administration and Travel & Tourism. According to different researches our students are eminently well placed into business after they studies. Visit us any day and you will meet about 800 highly motivated students and 75 teachers and/or other personnel in our own school estate in northeast-Helsinki. It is easy to get here almost by any vehicle. We recommend using muscular power to move the body in the spirit of sustainable development.

Our heartbeat is the good workability a.k.a. the good basic education plus the good physical and mental health. Together they keep on going; it’s a true competitive weapon of the future work life. Our own sport center, Helmi Center, offers versatile possibilities to go in for sports.

The final outcome of 2–3 years studies is THE HELMI [the pearl] which is built up with pain of learning and relief of understanding. We work to inspire our students to keep on maintaining their intellectual capital even after and besides the primary studies. 5 months out of school studies is learning in real work life – in Finland and all over the world – challenges the students to take the best of the basic school studies. We find future shadowing very important because we are committed to effective and business focused education.
